Objectives:

- Awareness of cultural, political and civil society in Palestine.

- The development of the Palestinian cultural centers and enhance its performance.

- Preserve the basics of the Palestinian national culture.

- Activating the role of cultural centers in Palestine to participate in public political life.

- Strengthen relations between the Palestinian cultural centers for the formation of various public opinion on various community issues.

- Representation of the Palestinian cultural centers locally, regionally and internationally.

- Find sources of funding and support for the activities of the centers affiliated to the Union.
